I have to say I was very impressed with the whole experience of getting Nash. From the transportation to the Pawrade staff helping me every step of the way!!! Truly great experience and Nash is such a great puppy!

Love my new puppy, but was looking for an apple head chihuahua not a deer head. She is adorable & tiny like I wanted and I hope she stays tiny. When I called regarding her I was told she was an apple head chihuahua. The pictures could have been better. Also requested contact with the breeder and it never happened. I was sent pictures of her parents and they were horrible. Really couldn’t tell what they looked like. She is a sweetheart, but I never would have knowingly paid the amount I did for a deer head chihuahua. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I asked if she was an apple head chihuahua and when I was told yes I was excited and decided to buy her. During this process I also called on three different days and left messages to be called back and wasn’t. Also I asked for communication from the breeder and it never happened. There definitely should have been more communication.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your new pup. We do record all of our calls and written communication as well. I have reviewed all the communication and am unable to find any instance where you asked about the shape of the pup's head. There are 12 pictures on the original listing for the pup, all of which clearly show the shape of the head from different angles. We also sent you pictures of the parents on 7-8-2025 and additional pics of the pup on 7-9-2025. These pics of the pup prominently featured the pup's head and face. Your response to these pics was "OMG…She's sooooo adorable…I can't wait for her delivery…Thank you" We are happy that you are otherwise pleased with your pup and thank you for providing a loving home for an awesome little girl.
I was searching all over Oregon,Idaho, and Washington for a pair of German short-haired pointers and was striking out. Pawrade was able to connect me with a reputable breeder that had a male and female which is what i was looking for. We had to take a 4500 mile road trip but it was worth every mile. I now have two of the smartest most precious puppies anyone could ask for, thanks to Pawrade.

Pawrade was very helpful helping us through the process of getting our puppy. We were able to get all of our questions answered quickly. They facilitated a conference call with the breeder. The transaction process was very thorough, professional and clear. Contract terms and responsibilities were clear. Communication throughout was excellent with very prompt responses. We dealt with several people through the process but they all seemed to have a single view of us as a customer so it never felt disconnected. We decided to make the trip to pick up our puppy from the breeder, and that was all facilitated well. Both Pawrade and the breeder were flexible to meet our schedule. The puppy was healthy, energetic and everything represented. She is exactly what we were looking for.

The people I spoke with who helped me adopt Konner were wonderful. The process was mostly easy - just a bit of a misunderstanding on my part about the transportation fee. Otherwise, things were smooth and easy from start to finish.

Pawrade was constantly in communication about the process of getting my cute Havanese puppy to California from Indiana (where the breeder is located). Everything that was expected of me was fully explained as well as my puppy's care once she arrived. I highly recommend Pawrade!
