This was the first time I used this type of service. I will say patience and trust the process, is key. As for the puppy I found through this service, what a bundle of joy. He is so precious and loved so much already. We are truly grateful to have him, no regrets or concerns. He completes our family.

Fantastic experience! The process was easy, everyone was helpful and informative and we absolutely love our new puppy!

We received our new Sheepadoodle, now named Magnolia (Maggie) in great shape. Her delivery team from Puzzle Piece Carriers were great and communicated continually throughout the two day trip from Ohio. She is happy, healthy and beautiful! The overall Pawrade experience was good, although I would have liked it to be a little more transparent with regards to the actual breaded information. I was able to determine the breaded and check out their State records after some internet sleuthing but it would have been better if this was disclosed by Pawrade. Other than that we are over the moon with Maggie.

Our dachsund puppy passed away within a week of recieving! No compensation whatsoever from pawrade or their insurance and not even a response from pawrade. Pawrade is not the place to purchase a puppy, please look elsewhere at local breeders or within driving distance.

The delivery came off as predicted. I would say that they even exceeded our expectations. The hand off was smooth and the delivery guys were personable and efficient. The dog is delightful. She is bright-eyed and playful. She has settled right in and is already a full-fledged member of the family. We are delighted with the whole experience and quite satisfied.

The driver was very short with me. The women with her was wonderful and even gave me a hug saying congratulations. The other one I said how was the weather in the state she was from and she said: “ l need to stay focused”.

You guys were in contact with me through out every step and kept me updated and informed on the progress of my new puppy and safely got him to his new home.
