Actually seeing Navi for the first time. I was so afraid I wouldn't get her. The men who delivered Navi were very nice. Navi has adjusted quicker than I expected. She has already taken over the running of the house. I'm really pleased with her. I love her so much.

The communication from the very start was consistent till the very end. It was a wonderful experience for me and my little guy. I haven’t been a pet owner for 29yrs and they made it so easy. They made me feel extremely confident, excited and happy with choosing them. It couldn’t have been any easier.

Pawrade's communication during the process of purchasing our new puppy was the best. Questions were answered promptly. The delivery was excellent, also great communication with the drivers. Our puppy arrived on time and is healthy and happy, we've had him almost 24 hours so we're all adjusting! Thanks to everyone for their excellent service -

Paw race keeps in constant contact with you through the purchase process. I was a little skeptical but everything went smoothly and I got a precious little puppy. I would recommend Pawrade.

Once you buy a puppy. Waiting to the evening before pick up to get the breeders number was irritating. Once you buy the puppy you should has contact with the breeder so you can find out straight from them how puppy is doing. All breeders should have to have and provide baby pictures from them being born to the day they are picked up. Once a week pictures so people see the growing and change for the first 8 weeks or so. I dont get that because I asked breeder for some and all I get are pics from the listing. That is sad because I really would have liked that.

Angela, Thank you for your feedback. We do keep all communication through us so that all is documented and that all of our policies and protocols are followed. That is how we make sure that you receive the perfect pup with no worries of scams or mirepresentations, intentional or not. We can also get current pics for any buyer in a day or two. But please remember that our breeders are regular folks with all the responsibilities that implies and it may take a bit for them to respond. Ultimately we are happy that you chose Pawrade to help you adopt the perfect pup for you!
