Totally professional and responsive with the entire process. Addressed any concerns I had and always checked in with me on everything. I got a wonderful healthy well socialized puppy and I am so so happy with her. Thank you for filling the void in my life that I had after losing two of my girls within 8 days of each other .

Very easy process to purchase a puppy. We were kept informed throughout the process, and we were sent photos of our puppy while we waited for her to grow to eight weeks old. Communication with the Pawrade staff was excellent.

We are happy with our new furry family member. The staff were excellent, they are helpful and guided us through every step of the process. The puppy is so adorable and well-cared. Highly recommended to anyone looking for fur baby.

Do not II Repeat do not BUY from these people!! My dog was delivered with Fleas and 3 deep sores in her body. This company was the worst company I’ve ever seen reviewed. Now we need to treat our other dog for fleas and go back to the vet to have her sores treated. Her whole body is covered with scabs that proved that this has been going on a bit. This afternoon I turned this over to my attorney and we will proceed with a refund. This company was dishonest with me and by what I read others as well. The vet made a statement and took pics. I hope we can shut these people down.you have 72 hours to refund 1/3 of my monies paid. If not we will move forward on Monday am. Thank for all the grief. Karen Ford

Karen, we are sorry that you are not completely happy with your pup. It is true that a pup may get some fleas, especially when they are raised in a rural environment where they romp and play outside most of the day. The sores, and scratches you also have mentioned are also typical for a puppy that romps, chomps, and tussles with its littermates all day.
The process was walked through easily never have I felt so confident in a purchase and they delivered him right to my front door this is the only way to go I will be a repeat customer
