BUYER BEWARE!! I would never use them again!

This company could improve by being honest. Maybe working with better breeders would be a good place to start! I was sent a "healthy" puppy that supposedly went to the vet for a first checkup. The vet signed off saying no parasites. The puppy was flown from Missouri to NY. She had a very runny nose. The company tells you to bring the puppy to your vet within 72 hours of receiving them. Well, upper respiratory infection, 1 out of 6 heart murmur which may possibly be ok because she is so young. Two different types of parasites. How does a company and a breeder have the audacity to let a sick, very little, 3.5 pound puppy travel and she has a "CLEAN" bill of health. It cost me over $500 for two visits to my vet. I was reimbursed $108. Carefully read the small print, total rip off!

Peggy, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your pup. We operate with integrity and would never send out a pup with any known health issue. Parasites such as Giardia and Coccidia are very common in pups and the stress from travel can cause them to flare up. Just like for humans, this time of the year it is very common for colds, runny nose, congestion, etc. This can happen very quickly and there is no way to predict it. A grade one heart murmur is also VERY common in pups as they grow. The vast majority of the time the heart matures and the murmur disappears or may remain and cause zero issues. This is so common that it is specifically listed in your Reservation Agreement under common issues that you also initialed. Your expenses for the issues mentioned have been reimbursed to you under the Health Guarantee. It is also important to remember that the bulk of the cost you listed for your vet are normal new puppy expenses and are to be expected.

Such amazing service!
Such an easy and transparent experience! We were looking for a particular mixed breed and others did not have these. So, finding Pawrade was such a blessing. From the time we found this site, we were at ease and fully informed of the next steps. Our puppy arrived clean, happy and healthy, plus there is a 3-year health guarantee that provides a significant amount of peace of mind. Highly recommend this service.

I am someone that was scammed $1,000.00…
I am someone that was scammed $1,000.00 for a puppy a few years ago. I was extremely reluctant to do an online purchase again. I saw Tula’s(Jade) and fell in love with her. Against all advice, I took the chance. I am thrilled that I did! The experience was smooth throughout. They walked me through each step and got back to me promptly every time, with all my questions. Tula is healthy and doing well. I am so happy and grateful!
