PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Professional staff made every step easy, and each step was guided by an individual with expertise regarding the process. My local vet was very impressed on the care provided by Pawrade to ensure a healthy pup. Travel door-to-door delivery time was changed 3 times, but she finally arrived at 5:15am this morning. SHE IS PERFECT! THANKS TO ALL PAWRADE STAFF!

After reading these reviews and all the problems these poor dogs had, this business should be ashamed of themselves. Looks like the breeders & Pawrade are out to make just the money. which the stories show this. A relation with a puppy should be one of the most wonderful thing in someones life. Pawrade you make it a horror story. This company needs to rethink how they do business. Dogs /Puppies should never be sold like this.

Pawrade made all aspects of getting my new fur baby very professional and worry free. My Jack is everything I was looking for, very energetic, completely lovable & loving, and extremely intelligent!! Thank you Pawrade for making this happen!!

The puppy was delivered on time as promised. She did have to spend nearly a week at an animal clinic due to gastrointestinal problems. She was well cared for, and I was able to speak with the veterinarian caring for her. She was delivered in good health.

The process with Pawrade was seamless. Every one of my texts and calls was answered quickly and professionally. The breeder was very kind, my pup was bathed, and was happy to meet us.

Incredible experience, they were helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire purchase to delivery. I am thrilled and absolutely adore my new pup Nigel!!! He captured my heart the minute I held him!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Pawrade. When I purchased my puppy, I was told that both parents weighed 8 lbs, and that my puppy was expected to stay around the same size. That information was extremely important to me because I travel frequently and needed a small, easily portable dog. Based on what I was told, I paid over $6,000 for her. However, my puppy isn’t even 1 year old yet and already weighs almost 15 lbs — nearly double what was promised. Carrying her when I travel has become difficult, which completely defeats one of the main reasons I chose this breed and trusted Pawrade’s description. When I followed up, Pawrade confirmed again that the parents were 8 lbs, but when I asked the breeder, they said the parents are “usually 8–10 lbs,” then changed it to “10–12 lbs depending on the season,” which makes absolutely no sense. I feel misled and extremely frustrated. I love my dog, but I paid top dollar based on false information. Pawrade should take responsibility for verifying breeder claims rather than just repeating them. Buyers deserve full transparency — especially when making such an expensive, emotional purchase.

Communication was great.
