Agent asked if I had any questions on Wednesday. Never received the answer to the questions. Puppy arrived on Saturday. The driver was wonderful. He filled me in to the dogs personality and his morning routine. On Monday, agent reached out again. I told her the answers were no longer needed. There you have my experience with pawrade

Very good customer service and made the process so easy going step by step with us! Tony was unbelievably helpful and went over and beyond to make sure everything went through and finalized. He took time to help me and text with me even when he was off the clock to insure my peace. Lois was also amazing with getting in contact with the breeder and answering a lot of my questions. This was my 2nd time using Pawrade and I would absolutely recommend:).
