So great to work with! When one of our samples didn't have enough DNA on it, they sent us a few free samples to try again. Great customer service!

You worked with the Samoyed Club of America to give a discount, so I could afford to test dogs that will not be bred, but can contribute breed knowledge. The entire experience was smooth and efficient.

The service has always been prompt, professional and accurate. I, as a veterinarian and breeder, always appreciate the technology and reliability of their services. The staff is always available to consult with me too.

We really would like a shorter turn around time. We live 2 1/2 hours from Spokane and yet it takes at least 2 weeks to mail to you and 2 weeks for results after that.
