There is a lack of communication. I ordered 4 tests but only 3 came back later than expected date. When I called to check status, was given generic response that it was still in testing phase and would receive an email when it was done.

Quick, easy, reliable with great explanations. These are explained in layman’s terms so that anyone with some knowledge of genes can understand and if not, they have a calculator to show you exactly what will be in the offspring. Pay attention and test your dogs! It’s so worth it!
