Service was quick and thorough

First test was to be completed first week in June. I needed the results asap. I finally have them end of July. Two months too late. By mid June I still had heard nothing. When I finally called, they informed me that they needed another sample. Why didn’t they reach out to me? They just kept extending the date listed that it would be completed by. I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t called myself. They sent me another kit and ran the tests again. This time in a timely fashion. The customer service agent on the phone was really nice and tried her best to be very helpful. Her superiors would not consider any kind of reimbursement for my trouble. They would not give me a discount on buying a test for another dog we have to test on exchange for the hassle they caused. I don’t think I’d use them again. I’m not impressed.

Customer service was excellent - personal, responsive, courteous. The report is great - very understandable for a lay person, comprehensive.

I appreciate the communication throughout the process. Turnaround time to receive the results was appropriate. The initial tests were mailed and received quickly. The directions were very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Love the help and glad to get these Parentage results.. only 4 STARS? Because your website for the test results was a bit not user friendly for me this as my first time. Do you keep the DNA ON FILE for any future reference? If I wanted to add further testing? Or will that need to have a fresh sample? Thank you best, Kristy

Very easy to complete the testing

Great price, promptly received collection kits. Have first dog back sooner then expected. Expected date 4 weeks and received results in 2 weeks.
