I haven’t ordered a test in over 4 years and I better not get a charge on my card! Not sure what’s going on with this email but your timing is years off.

very easy to use and helpful website

Pawprints genetics is a very reliable and up to date labratory. Their website is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service is wonderful with very polite knowledgable staff on hand to answer any questions you have about testing or the particular diseases they test for. When i called with questions they were friendly and able to explain everything to me so i could understand. I would highly recommend them. The only negative i have to say is their merle info on their website is slightly off as Mc, cryptic merle never causes a merle pattern as the website says it sometimes can.

For the same amount, instead of only the tests results, Embark sends 9 pages with the findings of what percent Labrador I have, ( ex. 100% Labrador) also, i have not Recently made a purchase, it has been 3 years ago.

Paw Prints took excellent care in handling my resent order of testing 3 of my dogs. The customer service and follow up was outstanding. I will definitely be using them for all my future testing needs and I strongly recommend them. Thank you Paw Prints and staff for being so knowledgeable and professional, especially during this time of COVID19.
