Paw Print GeneticsReviews of pawprintgenetics.com

Thank you for all your awesome help! Every time I call needing any help or an explanation you have bent over backwards to make it clear. Thank you for the awesome service! Kathy

I cannot say enough good things about paw prints! They have real live people who answer the phones and take the time to actually speak with you. They're very efficient and timely with the length of testing. Highly recommend.

PPG has been great to work with. They are able to answer any questions I have had. And when one boy came back questionable--results showed he is a parti colored dog, but he isn't over half white, they ran the testing again with a new blood sample to ensure it was correct. Keep up the excellent work!

For five years now, as a serious hobby breeder of Cairn terriers and European Dobermans, I have been a huge fan of Paw Print Genetics. With the Dobermans I was pressured to use Embark however my several experiences with that company were very unsatisfactory and I finally gave up, never receiving results for multiple tests. What sets Paw Print apart for me is the ease of use, FAST results and most importantly, the staff's willingness to discuss results and questions with you in a very timely fashion. I really can't say enough good about their CUSTOMER SERVICE - it is OUTSTANDING. I consider PPG a "partner" in my program to produce health tested, quality dogs.

Package arrived on time Mailed it back same day w promised results date They were faster processing results yeah!

I have been a customer of Paw Print Genetics for 7 years and highly recommend them. Customer service is excellent and test results have been timely and accurate.

I just completed a genetic test with Paw Prints. I had used them in the past and had swabs that could be used for the new test but I was unsure they were still applicable I called and was given immediate assurance I could use these swabs. Instruction was good and after they recieved my dogs swabs they posted a completion date on line in my personal account. The amazing thing is they actually sent me a detail report on that completion is date. I highly recommend this company. Dave Douglas
