Great job, quick results

I have used Paw Print for a number of years as a breeder and have enjoyed great customer service but recently my experiences with them have eroded my trust. I sent samples of four sires and litter of puppies for a parentage test for an accidental breeding. I explained that kits needed to go to sire owner addresses and they sent them to me. I received a phone call that the sample for one of the potential sires wasn’t sufficient for testing. I asked them to send another kit to his owner and this time they agreed. Today I received a call that the male with insufficient DNA had been ruled out as a sire of the puppies, then received the kit they were supposed to send his owner at my address. When I called I was told they didn’t know why the DNA had been tested a third time but that it wasn’t valid and they would still need another sample. They then CHARGED me to send another kit to his owner after sending it to me by mistake. I’m not feeling great about how my samples are being handled there at this point and after spending close to 900.00 on parentage and health testing during this scenario not really pleased at the customer service either.

Paw print genetics has done a great job every time I have sent in testing for my dogs. Most recently, they anticipated a test to come back in a few weeks and it came back earlier than expected, which was really nice. I was able to then update my dogs testing information before posting puppies for sale. Very convenient!

Paw Print Genetics was strait forward. Easy to use their website, received testing materials quickly, instructions for gathering sample were clear, and results came back sooner than expected. Very satisfied with my experience!
