The reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because completion of the order form was not easy, being from the U.K. I needed a friend from the Breed Council to assist to ensure I got the correct pricing structure. The process after that was easy to follow, I purchased the recommended inter dental sticks and had my vet take the samples. I packaged 2 samples in clearly marked small envelopes, then put them in a padded envelope and posted tracked service. It took a week for the package to arrive and was actually just over the 14 days from acknowledgement of receipt to me receiving the results. Overall a good service.

Appreciated the notification by email that my samples had been received. Reasonable turn around time for results with email having the report attached.

Was hoping Gensol was wrong on VW, but looks like another spay is in order.
