The vets that are working to help pet owners are amazing. Ashley was great, answered all my questions and concerns quickly and throughly. This service is a god send.

Ashley is exactly the kind of person we're lucky to have on our team. Knowing your questions got answered quickly and thoroughly is what this is all about. Reviews like this one genuinely make the work feel worthwhile.
At first I was skeptical of an online vet service. I’ve always taken my animals to a regular local vet and will continue to do so. However, for certain situations, I felt the online vet visits work just as well. For example, my cat has skin allergies that he’s been treated for before. These allergies flare up and he itches like crazy. I signed in and in less than a minute I was connected with a vet via chat. They were very professional, knowledgeable and asked great questions and listened to all my answers. They made sure every concern I had was addressed. They recommended some pet safe hydrocortisone spray and suggested we spray our yard for fleas - a suggestion I hadn’t considered but will be looking into it now. While I would not rely on an online vet for a life threatening emergency, there are certain scenarios where I feel it would be appropriate and I’m sure if they are unable to address a problem online, they’ll just tell you to see your local vet in person. I definitely recommend giving the service a try. It was an additional perk to my Walmart+ membership so I figured heck why not? I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this service to anyone depending on their pet’s needs.

Skin allergies that keep coming back are genuinely frustrating to manage, and it sounds like this visit actually moved the needle. The flea spray suggestion is one of those "why didn't I think of that" moments we're always glad our team can offer. You nailed it, too: online care isn't a replacement for everything, but for situations like your cat's, it can be exactly what's needed. Really glad Pawp delivered.
Very quick and helpful service.

Quick help when you need it most. That's what we aim for, and it's great to know it landed that way for you.
This site is a scam! After charging $100 and waiting in line to talk to a “vet technician” about getting my dogs antibiotics for a UTI they simple told me to go to a real vet in person completely negating the point of this service. Do not fall for this scam!

We're sorry for any confusion. The $99 charge is for a full year of teletriage and teleadvice; prescription services are a separate offering available in select states. Some conditions, like UTIs, may require testing to identify the correct treatment, so an in-person recommendation is what is best for your dog. Please reach out to [email protected] and we'll make it right.
The vet I talked to was very caring and very knowledgeable and was generally concerned with our problem and even helped me with resources for financial help for vet care. Would highly recommend for you and your pet.

Connecting with someone who actually listens and digs into your specific situation, financial resources included, is exactly what a stressful pet health moment calls for. Glad the visit was helpful, and your recommendation genuinely means a lot to our whole team.
Pawp is an app with 24/7 vet access. They answer your pet care questions through chat. Suggest products to improve their health. Whether they should be taken in person to a vet. They even prepare care plans with their instructions.

Having that kind of support available at any hour makes a real difference, especially when something feels off and you're not sure what to do next. Glad Pawp has been a useful resource for you and your pet!
We had an emergency with our dog tonight and I must say she was very professional, kind and knowledgeable! I was very impressed by how fast it was to be seen. She was very empathetic and supportive! Even though she could not treat what was going on with our pet at the time, she did directed us to the right place! Very pleased and would definitely recommend them in any situation.

Emergencies are scary, and it sounds like you were in exactly the right hands tonight. Knowing your pup got clear direction when it mattered most is what we're here for. So glad the experience left you feeling supported rather than more stressed. We'll make sure the team hears this.
I love this app. It helps me so many times with my dog on so many different variations of what’s going on with him on an everyday basis or you know an acute problem I’ve had and I recommend this to everyone.
