I had fed my dog ice cream with chocolate in it by accident. The vet on call was able to answer questions and help avoid a harrowing situation. Was worth the price for all the peace of mind this service provides!

Wanted to cancel my membership and was unable to contact anyone about it. Don’t bother with the free trial, the cancellation process is completely not worth it. Fees like scam billing practices - trying to make it difficult and prolong the process so they can get your money. I am not having it and I am pissed. (Even called their customer service line (833) 365-0001 and got no answer) Their below response claims that within minutes of submission this was addressed - this was not the case. I had to email after 4 unsuccessful attempts at using the chat feature and a phone call that was never returned. They did cancel the membership within minutes of this survey. Bottom line, if you want to really want to see how they treat their customer base, look at all of their responses to the negative reviews. Nothing but blame shifting and gaslighting. There’s plenty of other services out their for pet insurance and your money is best going elsewhere. If for no other reason than their total lack of customer support and clear communication. Go somewhere else, you will not regret it.

We needed a professional opinion on our puppy's incision from her spay--we were worried she might have herniated or popped on of her internal sutures. We got an immediate response when we used Pawp and were able to decide what we needed to do next (puppy is fine btw).
