This company went way beyond what I could ever have expected to solve a problem with a product that our kids broke. The extra effort saved us from having to buy all new furniture as the set we had was discontinued and could not have been matched. Just a really great company.

Ordered 12 cushions for my outdoor wicker furniture. They are beautiful! Excellent quality, perfect fit, exactly as ordered. Paid a bit extra for the welts and it was so worth it. Highly recommend this company for replacement cushions.

We ordered and paid for a table May 7 - delivered August 11. We were informed that there would be a delay, but then they kept pushing the delivery date back again every month AND we had to chase patiohq to find out what was happening. Second, we ordered the Delmar 60"rectangular patio table. You cannot sit on the sides of this table because the base comes right up to the edge so there is no place for your legs! Your knees hit the cross bars -- painfully. It is useless as a table. You can't really tell that from the photos, and it never occurred to me that there wouldn't be enough overhang for seating. Why even make a table that way? A horrible customer experience and I'm just devastated to have completely wasted $663. UPDATE: Kenny from PatioHQ reached out immediately and was helpful. He discovered the table had been sent from the manufacturer with the wrong base. They are sending a new one. I really appreciate the follow up and their willingness to make it right.

I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish they did everything right, actually went above and beyond my expectations. I asked for a fabric they did not show on their website and they made it available for my order almost immediately. They responded quickly to any questions, and I had the finished cushions in TWO WEEKS! I expected it to take much longer for a custom order. The cushions came out beautifully and I am so happy with them.
