We hear all the time that our prices are too good to be true, what’s the catch? There’s no catch, we don’t spend millions of dollars on marketing and we are online only which alleviates overhead costs, those savings are passed onto the customer. You may also customize individual pieces and furniture sets with our vast offering of beautiful, durable outdoor fabrics to truly make each piece your own.

I ordered 8 cushions for my chairs. Received 4. When I enquirer about tracking info for the remaining 4, customer service said they would email tracking info. That was 4 days ago.

Custom made is impressive, easy to order, very good quality, colors are spot on, not too long of a wait, kept abreast of the progress, delivery was professional

The back cushion is not 4 inch foam. It's soft material. Please resend small back cushion with Firm foam like the other one

My error but I thought I was ordering cushions not just covers… pretty expensive for just the cover

The schedule was exact. The covers are beautiful but thin. They seem to be put together very well. I had them add ties. Why wouldn’t you? Our last set from another company didn’t have them….constant adjusting.

The patio HQ website was easy and convenient to use. When I received my patio cushions within a reasonable time, three of them looked great, but two of them seem to be understuffed. And the last one is inconsistently stuffed. The color is great and the size is perfect.

I’m actually not sure this company is a scam or not. I was led to believe upon ordering that I could expect receipt of shipment 4 days ago. When trying to contact the company via phone ( have spent entirely too much time in the que 4,3,2,1,1,1,1… on and on) there is no person answering. Ever. I have had zero contact from them since ordering and I will have to call cc company to reverse charges if I don’t hear from them soon. This seemed like a decent company - i am disappointed the customer service seems non existent.

Edit: they reached out to me today to give me an update and expected ship date. Which is all I wanted. I appreciate the contact. Horrible customer service. My order has an arrival date that is not possible since it is still in production two weeks later. Attempted to reach them via phone, email and chat. Phone gets me to position 1 them bumps me back to position 3 or 4. No reply to email or website chat. I am likely going to contact my cc company and reverse the charge.
