Hello, Our apologies for this Inconvenience! Our records show that UPS picked up your order from our fulfillment center on the same day you placed your order. UPS tracking shows that they "don't have possession of the package" which means it was likely lost at some point in their process. Unfortunately, this happens occasionally. For Clarification, MicroGenDX has 2 product lines: Our "Rapid" line that provides a single qPCR result in as little as 24 hours and our "KEY" line that provides 2 results - A Level 1 qPCR followed by our advanced, Level 2 NGS results. When testing for a single or small number of species of bacteria or Fungi, qPCR is more appropriate since it delivers highly precise results without lengthy processing times. NGS excels in its' ability to detect across a wide range of bacteria and Fungi, expected or not, which makes it an excellent diagnostic tool in cases where the antagonist is unknown. We'd like to know more your experience so we can more clearly communicate the difference between our tests.

Hello, We are sad to hear that you are unsatisfied with your experience. Please contact our customer service team at your convenience so we can gather your feedback. Our systems show that we received your sample on Feb 7th. Preliminary Level 1 results were done on the same day, and the comprehensive, Level 2, report was done on the 10th. Our Level 1 (PCR) Results are usually published within one business day of us receiving a sample and Level 2 (NGS) within 3-5 business days after receipt.
