Chef Frances Coffey established The Pastry Depot to fulfill the need in the Atlanta area for access to high-quality pastry products, without the requirement of a membership or account with a large distributor. The Pastry Depot offers a public brick & mortar retail store, online shop with shipping across the USA, and wholesale accounts for local Metro Atlanta businesses. As a family and female-owned company, The Pastry Depot takes pride in providing its customers with the best service and products. Combining expertise of chefs on-staff with the shopping experience of a boutique shop, the goal of The Pastry Depot is to inspire those passionate about pastry by showcasing the professional-grade products available on the market.

We are so happy that you loved the products, thank you so much for letting us know! Unfortunately, we do not have control over the carrier cost of shipping. You are always welcome to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote to ensure you are getting the best shipping rate.
The team at Pastry Depot is always so helpful and so knowledgeable, I love this place so much ! When I moved out of state I really thought I would be missing out . When I found out they ship their products I was ecstatic! My order came to me fast and in great shape . I recommend them to everyone I know in the business.

Thank you for the review, Virginia! We love hearing from happy Pastry Depot customers and hope to help you with your future pastry needs.
Good product, but every other pastry website sells the same thing. Good price, but every other pastry website sells at about the same price. I live 3 hours away and still had high shipping charges. It would have cost me less to drive there. Given the high shipping, I'll probably not buy from them again.

Hello Jerry - We appreciate the review and do our very best to provide premium pastry products at competitive prices. Unfortunately, shipping costs have been increasing and it can be a bit costly to ship chocolate during the hot summer months. We are not able to control carrier rates, however, we are always happy to put together a custom shipping quote to ensure you are receiving the lowest shipping cost possible. Please reach out if you have any questions and we hope to help you with your future pastry needs!
Excellent products, excellent quality, but since they removed the USPS shipping option, the only way to ship is through UPS (even though the website still mentions in multiple places that USPS is an option). For a small box of food coloring it cost $18 to ship it.

Hi Ryan - Thank you so much for the review & order. We did remove USPS Priority, as we were running into to many delays from the post office which were impacting our customers, but we do still offer USPS First Class for some of our smaller items that qualify for that weight limit. You are always welcome to contact us for a custom shipping quote as well. We hope to serve you again soon!
Your vanilla bean paste is delicious! Thank you. I’ll definitely buy again.
