Chef Frances Coffey established The Pastry Depot to fulfill the need in the Atlanta area for access to high-quality pastry products, without the requirement of a membership or account with a large distributor. The Pastry Depot offers a public brick & mortar retail store, online shop with shipping across the USA, and wholesale accounts for local Metro Atlanta businesses. As a family and female-owned company, The Pastry Depot takes pride in providing its customers with the best service and products. Hi Dilip. Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you placed your order on Saturday and selected UPS Ground as your shipping method. We shipped your order next business day, which was Monday, and it arrived to your location in California Thursday. UPS estimates a delivery timeframe of 4-6 business days from our warehouse in Atlanta GA to California so it was right on schedule being delivered. If you need to receive a shipment in a hurry you can always select an expedited shipping method like UPS next day air or 2nd day air at check out. I'm not sure as to why you were not allowed to use the discount code at the time of purchase as you order did meet the minimum for our PASTRY10 discount code. Please give us a call in the future if you need help checking out or deciding which shipping method to choose at checkout. Thank you.
Product was reasonably priced, packaged and shipped almost immediately. I will definitely order again !

Hello Kristen! Thank your for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order delivery. We take great time and care in our packaging and include complimentary ice packs and insulated bags for all temperature sensitive orders at no charge to our customers. Your order may have taken longer in transit due to the fact that it came in on a holiday weekend and was shipped out on the first following business day. UPS delivery estimates only include business days, not weekends. The shipping method you choose also affects the time in which your package will be delivered. The delivery method you chose was UPS Ground. UPS Group delivery estimates from our warehouse in Atlanta to your location in California is between 5-7 business days. For future orders UPS has many different options from UPS Next Day Air to 3 Day Select option that can help you receive your orders sooner. Please let us know if you have any questions or you would like us to create a custom shipping quote for your future orders. Thank you. Our phone number is (404) 358-3194.
The items were shipped so quickly and packaged incredibly well.
