I only took these pills three times. The second day I had a low grade headache and my mood drastically changed to angry all the time. As soon as I quit taking them, the headache went away, And my mood improved. It might work for some people, but definitely did not work for me. However, Customer Service was good. I sent my product back and received a timely credit.
