Hi Rick, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! You hit the nail on the head—experiencing a bit of restlessness when taking the supplement too late in the day is definitely a strong indicator that the active ingredients are doing their job to support your cellular energy. However, getting a solid, restful night of sleep is equally important for your overall wellness! Shifting your routine to 9 AM is a perfect adjustment. Taking your supplement in the morning ensures your body can utilize that sustained boost throughout your active hours while still allowing your system to wind down naturally by bedtime. If you ever want to discuss how to further optimize your daily routine or if you need any assistance with your account, our support team is always just a quick call or message away: Phone: +1 888 271 8790 Email: [email protected] Wishing you fantastic daytime energy and a much more restful sleep tonight!

Hi Hap, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed and honest review. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the immense frustration and confusion you experienced during our checkout process and your initial attempts to get it resolved. You hit the nail on the head: navigating online purchases should not feel like a trap. Your feedback regarding the confusing "Pay Now" buttons on our post-purchase promotional pages is incredibly valuable and completely valid. We never want our customers to feel tricked into buying things they do not want. We are taking your experience directly to our web development team to see how we can make these options much clearer. I am also deeply sorry for the chaotic loop you experienced while trying to sort out the billing via email in the middle of the night. However, we are absolutely thrilled that you were finally able to connect with Kimberly! She is indeed a brilliant, very real, and highly valued member of our team. I will personally ensure she sees your wonderful praise—she will be so happy to know she could turn this stressful situation around for you so quickly and get your American Express billing corrected. We are honored that you chose partiQular to support your brain health and mitochondrial function, and we sincerely hope that the NMN provides you with the exact benefits you are looking for. If you ever need to place another order in the future, please do not hesitate to call us directly—we would be more than happy to have a human carefully walk you through the process to ensure you only get exactly what you need!

Hi Senny, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you are happy with the value of our NMN and that your order arrived at your doorstep quickly. You have the absolute perfect mindset going into this—NMN is all about consistency over time. Because it works deep at the cellular level to boost your NAD+ levels, giving it time to properly build up in your system is exactly the right approach to experiencing its full benefits. We are so excited for you to continue your wellness journey and see how you feel over the coming weeks and months. Please keep us updated on your progress, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions along the way!

Hi Nnaemeka, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and balanced review. We are honored that your research led you to choose our Pure NAD+ capsules, but we are deeply sorry for the disappointment caused by the unexpected shipping complications to Nigeria. You are absolutely right—shipping restrictions should be clearly stated on our website before you even reach checkout. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are working with our web team to make our international shipping policies much more transparent to prevent this from happening to anyone else. While we are truly bummed that we couldn't get the supplements to you this time, we are incredibly grateful for your kind words about our customer support team. Operating with integrity and ensuring you are completely taken care of, especially when things don't go as planned, is our top priority. We are actively working on resolving these international shipping challenges and expanding our reach. We would love nothing more than the opportunity to successfully deliver to you in the future. Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and support!

Hi Dennis, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest experience! We completely understand the 4-star rating, as a couple of weeks is just the very beginning of your journey with NMN. It is absolutely fantastic that you are already feeling a bit more energetic and that your brother noticed a positive, refreshing change in you—even if he couldn't quite pinpoint exactly what it was! Sometimes, our friends and family notice those subtle, healthy improvements before we see them in ourselves. You hit the nail on the head: it isn't an overnight miracle pill. Because NMN works deeply at the cellular level, the most significant and sustained benefits for your overall vitality and appearance build up gradually with consistent, daily use. We truly appreciate your realistic outlook and your trust in the process. We are so excited to see how your results continue to compound over the coming months. Keep up the great routine!

Hi, Thank you for the thoughtful 4-star review and for sharing your initial experience with us! It is fantastic to hear that you are maintaining such an active, healthy lifestyle as you enter your "Senior" years. We completely appreciate your grounded perspective. Feeling a slight dip in fatigue at the two-week mark is a great early sign, but it is entirely fair to be healthily skeptical about the placebo effect early on! Because our supplements work on a cellular level, it naturally takes time for those nutrients to build up and translate into sustained, noticeable changes in how you feel. Your plan to give it two full months is spot on. In fact, your timeline aligns perfectly with the realistic expectations we set for our community: Weeks 1–4: Subtle shifts, such as slightly better sleep or mild, intermittent energy boosts. Weeks 4–8+: More solid, consistent improvements in overall energy, endurance, and mobility as the body fully integrates the supplement. We love your practical approach and are so excited to hear your update once you hit that two-month mark. Keep up the excellent work with your exercise routine!
