I needed to handle getting a temporary placard for our two cars and really wanted to avoid any unnecessary trips out of the house. Finding this online service was a huge relief. The entire process was handled carefully and securely right from home, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. Working with a licensed doctor who took my situation seriously made me feel very comfortable. It is such a weight off my mind to finally have this sorted out.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. They were able to get me a handicap placard fast and easy. I was surprised and pleased with their service.

UPDATE: I did finally get my paperwork and was given my placard at the dmv. I will change rating to a 4 star. I want to like this company , the Intake was easy and the Dr saw all of my medical files for my MS, but they said they mailed my paperwork because it has to be that way in California and I never received them. I reached out again and they said they mailed them again but still don’t have them . It’s Ben almost a month and I still don’t have my signed paperwork

Still waiting going on 4 days. Horrendous customer service. Failed to honor their commitment for a 24-48 hour process/delivery. Contacted support and it’s all excuses from we will mark urgent to we will have out team prioritize. It’s August 17th and still NOTHING ! It’s now August 27, 2026. Nothing but crickets

I got mine. Made the entire process super simple. Even submitted my paperwork to the Virginia DMV in Richmond. 👍 You can't cheat-they require medical records. I just had to give them doctor details and sign a release of info.

I was approved for a placard through this service. It has been over a month since approval - and despite repeated assurances that my documents were sent, they never arrived. The first time the service gaslighted me into thinking they had mailed them, but the order was never marked as completed. I waited the ten business days and called back. Then they marked the order as completed and assured me the documents were sent. They did not arrive. I called back. They assured me that they were mailed but did not seem to understand the concept of a tracking number so I would not have to call them. I asked for a supervisor. They said the supervisor was unable to take a call. They would not provide a supervisor name or a timeframe in which I would receive a call back. This seems awfully fishy and possibly a scam. I've made a customer service complaint via email and have yet to receive a response.

The process was very easy. I had access to my medical records relevant to the documentation requested. I uploaded them from my phone in less than an hour, I was approved and provided with the medical documentation I needed. This service allowed me to take the step I needed to get the accommodation I need for a better quality of life.

I was looking for a straightforward way to handle this process online, and ParkingMD made it incredibly easy. Being able to take care of everything from home instead of making unnecessary trips saved me so much time. The doctor I spoke with was very professional, and the turnaround was much faster than I expected. It is a huge relief to have this sorted out without any hassle. Highly recommend their service.
