Not happy with the service. Asking for a refund

For California Handicapped Placards. My experience with them ( YMMV) They took my money ( $159 or so ) but were not able to get a parking placard for my mother's caregiver, and then they called me after so many emails back and forth and said that CA requires personal appearance at DMV. So, they called me and asked me to go on behalf of my mother to DMV to apply there. My mother is blind and lame. This defeats the purpose of their service here in CA as I can apparently do it by myself, anyway. Why do I need them here in CA? The whole idea is that they get it from DMv, not us. They also were not able to get my mother's medical records from her clinic. I asked them if they want other clinics to provide those as my mother has several she goes to. Radio silence. Oh, another detail. After I paid them -/+ $159, immediately they offered by text a discounted rate of -/+ $89. Why do they do those things? Take your money and then send you a text offering the discount rate? Please make it make sense. I contacted them asking if they could reduce the payment I'd already made. Radio silence. I am asking for a refund. The most unpleasant part was them contacting me that I'd been approved. Certainly not by DMV. I am happy in worked out with other people and they are smiling and posting five stars. But it did not work out in my case and I am totally unhappy about one month of wasted time and no result. ParkingMD. Kindly improve your service. Have your workers respond properly. And kindly either remove California from the states offered or put a disclaimer. But then, a Californian would not need your services anyway.
