ParkingMD promotes itself as a secure, trustworthy service. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted and may be operating as a scam. Stretching for more than 30 days since payment, I was required to submit extensive sensitive medical documentation and upload a passport. After all of that, the only thing delivered was government paperwork for the wrong state, making it completely unusable. This was not a minor issue—it invalidated the entire service. The communication pattern is especially concerning. ParkingMD was responsive when it came to intake, payment, and collecting sensitive information. But they'd go silent for a week at a time when the ball was in their court. This pattern would repeat, despite repeated follow-ups over email, text, and phone. While the financial loss matters, the bigger issue is trust. This company collected highly sensitive medical and identity data and then failed to deliver a usable result or provide any accountability. That behavior raises serious concerns about whether this is a legitimate operation or simply a data-collection service. I would strongly caution anyone considering ParkingMD, particularly those asked to submit medical records or identity documents. *Added 2.10 at request of ParkingMD reply: I shared this draft review before posting, to support at parkingmd.com after many emails with no response — case # is 117584. If I could give them less than a star I totally would. This was one of the most frustrating online “medical” services I’ve ever used. Their intake system is completely broken. It forced me to answer a pregnancy question even though I’m a male, and there was no way to bypass it. That alone shows how poorly designed their platform is. I contacted support, and they couldn’t fix the issue. I spent over an hour trying to cancel, and the representatives didn’t even seem to understand how their own cancellation process works. Then it got even more ridiculous — they called me to say I hadn’t completed the form, but when I logged back in, it was the exact same pregnancy question blocking me. The call itself sounded like an AI or automated system, not a real person actually able to help solve the problem. For a company dealing with medical documentation, this level of technical failure and support confusion is unacceptable. I paid $130 and got absolutely nothing but wasted time, stress, and a system that doesn’t even function properly. Avoid this service unless you want broken forms, automated calls, and support that can’t resolve basic issues.

Don’t use them. They are a scam. I provided all requested documents and they ignored emails and calls in an effort to stretch the transaction beyond the date I could dispute it as fraud. They are quick to take your money up front though. No issues with that part.

I sent all my paperwork in and was approved. Parking MD kept sending the wrong license number for the doctor. Now there phone is disconnected. What is going on?

After filling out the form and submitting all the documents and not hearing anything for a good chunk of time, I reached out in their chat…. Waited over a hour with no one responding then switched to a different browser to try to reach them again and got connected, the assigned provider requested access to my medical records. Since part of my issues has been across several health systems, that would have required several ROIs to this third party company. They did acknowledge they received part of what was needed around my GI issues. I considered using this service because doing anything through Kaiser network is an absolute nightmare but this ended up also being a nightmare and if all they are doing is what my doctor would end up doing anyways for free…. Save your money. Not worth it.

Ok so i got upset because their AI assistant was very unhelpful. It wouldn't let me reschedule so I missed the first interview. You send in some medical diagnoses a mychart for me was fine. I didn't' understand ppl getting upset because this is official and the doctors license is infact on the line they have to actually tell the truth. Just got my placard.
