Was quick and easy to get the forms need to get my handicap placards. It took about 5 minutes after I submitted the application I had to forms needed to take to dmv to get the placards. Will use again.

They're input process is great. And they did request my records within a day or so. However, my doctor sent my records back the day after the request and even a week and a half later they say they don't have them. I confirmed with the records office at my medical provider, and they sent a second set of records over to them this morning. By late this afternoon they're still saying they don't have them.

Absolutely terrible experience with ParkingMD. I have never dealt with such incompetence. After multiple emails and phone calls, they still continue to send me the wrong documents. I clearly stated that my DMV state is New York, yet they repeatedly send forms for the wrong state. They even made me redo the entire questionnaire and re-upload all my medical documents, promising it would be corrected — and somehow, they still got it wrong again. It has now been over 15 days, and the issue is STILL not fixed. Meanwhile, they have already taken my money, and I am stuck unable to move forward with my DMV application because I cannot download the correct approved documents. Customer service is completely ineffective — every person tells you something different, and nothing actually gets resolved. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

First I paid and filled out the forms. Then I get notification that I hadn't paid. I waited several days and nothing happened. I called them and they said oh there's a glitch in the system we see that you have paid. Sneaky sneaky! Then I filled out the next information with the reasoning and the other things that they asked. Waited a couple days. Then they said I had to supply doctor information or medical records. I could have done that myself going to the doctor or making a simple phone call. I thought I would work with a doctor on staff at their company but this is basically just providing them the information and they will fill out the form and send it to me. I think it's a very big waste of money and very misleading. I don't recommend it
