The rude email I received when I requested a refund due to the fact that the pads did not work for me. I will definitely inform this to my credit card company . I explained that I felt the ad was alittke confusing.

Your ordered the incorrect product for your needs, and were advised so, in the email as follows which we do not feel was in any way rude: Booster pads are for the specific purpose of boosting the performance of an incontinence product. They should not be used alone, since they will not absorb and retain fluids in the manner a bladder control pad does.
Excellent service and extremely accurate descriptions of product line of incontinence products. They addressed my ongoing concerns about the products (with both their and other companies offerings) without me having to ask and ask. Obviously, they are highly aware of what questions customers have and are able to address them upfront. Far and away the best "diapers" I've found--and THEY FIT! Dry Direct is the first product I've found with a reasonable rise. Did I mention THEY FIT?!? Quick, caring and responsive. What more can you ask?

The booster pads need adhesive from top to bottom and a little wider. When the brief is pulled up it rolls down which makes them almost useless as it forms a gap in the leg of the brief as the pad is folded down and now raises the leg holes of the brief
