I love the option to order samples in order to determine the best size and not waste money on a large quantity that may or may not fit. The large fit my elderly mother very well (she is 4’11 and 163lbs). She said they were comfortable and snug like regular underwear.

Shipping is slow

I have muscular dystrophy and am unable to get up from a regular size chair. This portable lift chair has made me mobile again. I can go anywhere and know that I can sit down without worrying about getting back up. It has made a real difference in my life!

Overall they actually do a fine job. But I had an order earlier in the year, not the date indicated, that they sent the wrong product and I didn't open it and notice it soon enough and they would not take the return after so many days. I have learned to look right away when it arrives. It was a case of men's briefs, wrong product and one of the four packages was also the wrong size. I could use the wrong product but the wrong size was way too small.
