Though I do my utmost to support my LYS, there are times when I shop online for yarn, needles, and fantastic deals. Paradise Fibers is my go-to site for the richness of its inventory and the amazing service afforded by its staff. Paradise Fibers treats me as a valued customer and warrants my loyalty time and again.

The website is wonderful and ordering a breeze. Once you order, they send confirmation and updated tracking until it arrives. I have loved my selections and the services I have received. I love this site for nearly all of my fiber etc wants!

I was able to hold an online chat to ask my questions, was referred to a live person to clarify my order, and the company gave me service (at their expense) that I didn't even ask for. Plus, they had a full range of the products (HiyaHiya) that I wanted. I have bought from them in the past and will definitely do so again.

Dear Victoria, Thanks for sharing! We love your input, on what you like best! We all put a lot of though and work into all the different aspects of the shop so we love to hear the good, (and always need to hear the bad). I am glad you like the live chat and that when you spoke to us in person everything worked out so well! Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Have a lovely day and good luck with your next project! Sincerely, Morgan G.
I ordered on Monday and received my needles Wednesday morning. I was shocked by such great service.

I recently ordered a variety of colors of merino top for a spinning project I have in mind. I was quite pleased with the service at Paradise, the ease of using their website and the accuracy of the color photos. My order was packed well and received in a timely manner. I would most definitely order from them again!

I discovered this company about eight months ago, and have placed orders for needles, yarn and accessories several different times within that period. They are always quick to deliver and my order has been perfect each and every time. Once an item was backordered for a few days, and they immediately wrote to tell me and kept me informed. I love the guarantee that Norton offers and will do business with them for many years to come. BJ in Texas

I'm happy to hear that you like the Norton guarantee, I like it when I buy things on line and we wanted to extend it to others! Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. I couldn't resist the BOGO offer on Rowan Art Yarn Sock. It's a beautiful yarn and service was fantastic.
