I never got my package at all. Please refund me this is ridiculous

The worst customer service experience in my life having to deal with the return policy. I will never purchase from Paint with Number again.

My picture took 3 weeks to get here. When it arrived (I think from Hong Kong) it was not in a shipping tube and the picture was wrapped in some cardboard and it was crushed. Took quite a few days to get it to flatten out. I must not be a good painter because so far it is not looking too good. (I bought the 48 color option for $55). I can’t blame the company for my lack of skills but a small sheet of paper with some painting tips would be nice! Just not all that impressed.

Product hasn't arrived.

I ordered my paint by number weeks ago and still haven’t received it! On the website it says it ships within 24hrs and that is a lie! It took over a week to ship! Now it’s somewhere in America but the tracking number provided does not work…. At this point I’m thinking it’s a scam!

Product is as described. Website says fast delivery, which is true once they process it. It took a week for company to process order. So instead of what one would assume when they advertise 7-14 days, it's more like 21. I am Not an artist, so I can not comment on quality of paint and extra brushes I ordered.

Poor customer service. Slow delivery. No updates. Order had wrong colors. Poor quality products. 0/10

Still haven’t received my order, it’s been weeks.
