great experience package was delivered on time exactly what i ordered. love it!

Cool idea for a college student. Some of the things are a little expensive for what they are and some things were out of stock. Shipped fast. There’s no way to log in and check the status of your package so you have to wait for them to email you updates which is slightly annoying. Overall a good experience though. I prefer to make a care package homemade even though it will usually end up much more expensive than this one. It’s a lot more personal and your selection is only limited by what’s available at the grocery store.

Son loved the package. Said it had so many different things and was happy at the variety. Only complaint was I paid for 2-4 day shipping on August 29th and it didn't arrive until Sept 9th which obviously makes that expense a bad investment.

Thank you, I enjoy sending care packages to my son in college, I loved the fact that i can chose what i want to send to fit my son's likes. Which that there were a few more options on fast meals. The only thing i wasn't too happy about was the fact that it too SO long. I have mailed packages overseas that took shorter time to arrive. Having said that, the website it's easy to use.

Loved customizing my care package since my kids are picky about their snacks. Some items were out of stock, but I was able to find other things for them.

Definitely a fan of this service. There are plenty of things to choose from and the process as a whole is easy and efficient. The only small problem that I had was that I thought it took a little long to actually be process and shipped but that was a minor issue made even smaller by the fact that everything was packaged nicely and the message was received.

The box was delayed and delivered 3 days late. I understand things happen and perhaps I missed a warning during the shipping info. I was assuming that if there is a selection for what day you want it to be delivered that it would be around that day give or take a day. Otherwise they do what they said they’d do.
