my sconces had unique bulb requirements. the manufacture (CLI) didn't have any details on the bulb, nor accurately provide input from their "head of customer support". I reached out to Ozarke support, they were able to provide specifications, locate options etc. Also were able to troubleshoot - avoiding the hassle of returning 1 of the products.

We ordered the Modern Wood Panel and created an accent wall in our living room with a large screen tv and electric fireplace. The panels were solid and top quality. They were also easy to install. We just glued the panels to the wall. Highly recommend this product,

Ozarke customer support was fast to respond and resolve my issue. Really pretty refreshing to receive service like that. Great customer service is rare these days. Ozarke is top tier both in product quality/design and their support. Winning combination!

The Zen floor lamp has a beautiful, stylish look that fits well with my décor, and overall I love its appearance. However, the construction quality was disappointing. The fasteners connecting the three legs to the main light section came loose and would not fit together tightly, leaving the lamp unstable and wobbly. I had to use epoxy to secure the fasteners and stabilize the lamp. It looks great, but the assembly and build quality need improvement.
