The website is clear and easy to use and item was shipped and delivered quickly. I’d give 5 stars for that experience. The product itself is honestly disappointing. For price point feel very cheap. I would not buy again.

Customer service is not so good. Wrote multiple emails to ask if they sold replacement shades for the zen lamp if my cats destroyed them. The person responding to my email didn’t seem like a native English speaker and responded to the question multiple times in strange ways. Maybe it was ai. Like, they just didn’t understand the question. Anyway, wife bought some of the lamps anyway and we ended up returning them because they are smaller than expected.

I was really excited to order from Ozarke during their Labor Day sale, especially since their website advertises next-day shipping. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. After placing my order on 9/2, I wasn’t notified until afterward that the item was actually out of stock — even though it was (and is) still showing as available on their site. I was first notified it would restock by 9/9, but then later informed it would take another week after that before it would even ship. What was supposed to be next-day shipping has now turned into more than two weeks of waiting. The only way I’ve been able to get updates is by contacting their customer service multiple times across different channels (chat, email, even Instagram). It feels misleading to sell items as “in stock” with next-day shipping when that isn’t the case, and the lack of proactive communication has left me feeling let down. I really wanted to love this company, but the experience has made me lose confidence in ordering from them again. Hopeful I receive my order soon so I can actually enjoy the product. 10/8/25 Update: I received my order (in California) on 9/25, and it was unfortunately damaged. I contacted JP in Customer Service, and he suggested I could steam the shade to remove the dents or submit a replacement request. I tried to steam the shade, but it only made it worse - so submitted a replacement request on 9/28. Since that point, the replacement shipped promptly (shipped on 9/30, arrived on 10/4), and was in perfect condition. Near the end of this saga, Jorge, a Customer Service Manager, stepped in to ensure I am happy with my order. Along with JP, Jorge has worked diligently to improve my experience, so I have updated my review to reflect their efforts to improve my perception of Ozarke. I do love my lamp and am grateful for the efforts made to remedy my poor experience. Thanks Jorge and JP.
