My wife and I are pleased with the service and hospitality Josh and the team had provided us. They provided payment options for our photo booth and we were able to go pick it up the next day. They have checked on us on how we are doing and most recent we took advantage of the lead fuel CRM and have had onboarding meetings with Jose on how to navigate through the software. You have to be willing to put in the time and be open to learning the equipment, Darkroom software, and the CRM so you can take your business to the next level! They make you feel part of the team. If you have questions reach out to them and they respond promptly. Thank you Josh and the PBI family for your continuous support!

I have an event booked in my first week using these guys!!

I recently purchased the Cloee photo booth from PBI and it has been a great investment. The owner Josh is awesome and always available to assist. I also, highly recommend the training session with Mark, who does a phenomenal job every Wednesday at 5pm. If you are considering purchasing a photo booth, I definitely recommend Photo Booth Internation (PBI)

The weekly calls are a great. I think is a great way to assist the owners. They are very personal and help you with the process of setting up funnel and CRM and any individual questions you have regarding the business. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.

Mark with PBI Photobooth Tech Support is absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, he demonstrated true expertise and professionalism. He was incredibly patient, walking me through each step with clarity and understanding, no matter how many questions I had. His attention to detail and thorough diligence made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also genuinely cares about ensuring everything is done right. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance—thank you, Mark, for your exceptional service!

My sister and I purchased the Cloee Photo Booth and mentorship from PBI to start our business. By far it is the best decision we ever made. The Photo Booth itself is very high quality and well designed. PBI support team is exceptional. They respond almost immediately if we have questions. There are weekly meetings to help us be successful with our business. The owner Josh is very hands on as well

Love the support and help since I started my business!

I purchased a booth with Timberly, and she made the process so simple and stress-free! She and Kayla made the pick up fun! They were genuinely interested in my success with my Photo Booth and I will definitely be back when it’s time to expand my business! “Got Proof?” got its start with Photo Booth International!
