I researched oxygen concentrators for quite a while before buying this one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The machine works great and is very quiet. Shipping was fast, too! I am happy that I bought it.

I did a lot of research for oxygen concentrators and this is the best by far.. Fast delivery of a great product. I will use this company again for future purchases. I highly recommend them.

This company is a scam I ordered an oxygen concentrator from Oxygensolve and gave them my payment info The email stated they would send me a receipt blah blah They hit my bank account for $279 no further emails ? When i looked up their number supplied by the info it was 1 201 555 5555 I stopped payment and now have to get a new card Pain in the ass don't order from them they will take your money and screw you..I personally wound not trust the so called "Reviews" either. They are probably bogus It doesn't stand to reason they could get good reviews if they are scamming people Their website looked legit, but I should have checked to see if they have a phone number and contact email first Mark in Austin Tx

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we couldn’t find any recent orders under the name "Mark" from Texas in our system, especially not for the amount of $279. If you truly placed an order with us, please provide us with your order number or at least the email address used at checkout so we can look into this immediately. Without valid order information, we have no way to verify your claim. Also, please note: 📞 Our phone lines receive hundreds of calls daily for both pre-sales and post-sales support. We’re currently expanding our team and opening another service line to better assist everyone. 📧 For faster help, we recommend contacting us directly via [email protected] — our support team responds within 12 hours. Leaving a negative review without giving us a chance to verify or solve the issue won’t bring your $279 back — but sharing accurate info will. We’re more than happy to help you, but we need your cooperation first. Looking forward to your reply. Update on June 26th Thank you for your message and for providing the tracking number. We've received your email and appreciate your prompt reply. Your order has been shipped via FedEx, and the tracking number is 882194806178. According to the latest update, your package is scheduled to be delivered today. Additionally, our customer service team responded to your email yesterday—please kindly check your inbox or spam folder to ensure you’ve received it. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re always here to help!
Portable concentrator ordered to be shipped to my daughter's in Indiana. Realized shipping address was missing 1st digit of house number. I contacted Fed Ex and they would not allow me to change it. Fed Ex stated the shipper Oxygensolve had to be the one to call & correct. Fed Ex did end up delivering the pkg somewhere, so we never received it. Bottom line is it was my error to start with by leaving off a digit of the house number. Oxygensolve offered to ship another machine if I agreed to pay the shipping charges which I did.

We understand you're feeling frustrated right now, but in order to resolve this quickly, we need your order number or the email you used to place the order. Without this information, it's impossible for us to locate your shipment and assist you effectively. We kindly ask that you work with us by providing the necessary details instead of leaving a negative review without giving us the chance to help. Once we have your order info, we’ll do our best to look into the delivery issue and find a solution for you as soon as possible. Looking forward to your response. Update at 5/28 We have carefully reviewed the order information you provided via email and confirmed the details. Upon receiving your message, we immediately contacted FedEx to investigate the situation. Unfortunately, we verified that the package was mistakenly delivered and signed for at an incorrect address on May 22. We understand this has caused significant inconvenience and regret the outcome. As the error has resulted in an unrecoverable loss for both parties, we would like to offer a solution: we can reship a new unit to your correct address, and we kindly ask that you cover only $50–$60 to help offset the shipping and handling costs. Please let us know if you’re willing to proceed with this option. Once we receive your confirmation, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible to support your upcoming trip to Indiana. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving this with you promptly. Update at 5/29 Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We’ve received your $50 payment, and we truly appreciate your prompt response. Our team will now proceed to arrange the shipment of a new unit as soon as possible. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Oxygensolve Customer Support Team

Update on May 29th If you did place an order with us, please respond directly so we can assist you properly. We’ve reached out to you multiple times via Trustpilot asking for more details, but you haven’t provided any information so far. Without an order number or email, there’s no way for us to verify your purchase. Please check your inbox (including spam) for any messages from [email protected] and get in touch as soon as possible. I ordered a portable oxygen concentrator and then realized....they didn't send me an email of receipt and then they DO NOT have phone line to call them. I am now going to cancel my order. I ordered yesterday and they give 24 hours to cancel. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. This is not a good feeding. I want to update my experience with Oxygensolve. I was very nervous and sure I was being scammed until I received an answer to my email from Oxygensolve. They gave me an order number and a shipping number and said it would be 4 days to be received. I was delighted to see the delivery man bring my portable oxygen concentrator when they said it would be here. It's an awesome machine and I'm thankful for this company contacting me. Good Job Oxygensolve! Thank you for being reliable and having a good product.

We're sorry to hear about your concern. Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate your order based on the name provided. Could you please share the email address used when placing the order so we can verify and assist you accordingly? Please note that once an order is placed, our system automatically processes and ships it quickly, so we’re unable to cancel it once it’s been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you can simply refuse the delivery when it arrives — it will be returned to us, and we’ll handle it from there.
The unit functions well but I purchased the optional 16 cell battery as it was advertised to provide 6 hours of use time. I barely get 3 hours out of it even after charging overnight.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience. To better understand your concern, could you please let us know at which flow setting you are using the 16-cell battery? The 16-cell battery is designed to provide up to 6 hours of use, but the usage time may vary depending on the flow rate. Higher flow settings will increase power consumption and reduce battery life. For instance, at higher flow rates, the battery will last less than 6 hours. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
I ordered a home concentrator, Order #18649 and decided to return it. They received my return on January 29th. I've been emailing trying to ask when I can see the return credited to my account and no one will get back to me. Frustrating
