I would give a five star but the first concentrator I received did not work and called them right away. They ordered a Fed-X pickup for the next day and shipped me a new one the same day. I received it and it works fine so far (Today is my first day of using it.). All is well that ends well. Polite people even when I was terribly upset.

Hello and thank you for the review! Sorry your first machine did not work. We hardly have any issues with shipping, but if we do, it is almost guaranteed to be around the holiday rush. I am glad we were able to get this solved for your right away so you had a reliable machine to use at home instead of your portable machine! Merry Christmas!
