Would have been 5 stars, but it got mailed to the wrong address. We had to pay $16.99 to UPS to get it re-routed.

The machine is working fine, but was damaged. The handle is broken and doesnt appear to be able to be repaired. It had to leave your plant that way as the box did not show any shipping damage. Im assuming thats why it was on your discount list. The damage should have been mentioned before it was put up for sale. Otherwise, its working well and shipping was pretty quick and price was excellent.

Quick and easy

Refurbished Concentrator and Tank filler Pump These two units appear to work OK. The cylinder leaks and will not stay full for more than one day. It appears it was damaged in shipping as the top plastic cover was broken and the gauge rubber broken off. It appears to be leaking at the gauge connection as it is slightly bent. No manuals came with the units and the tube to connect the humidifier was missing. Bob Chase

Experience was fine though I was surprised the cabinet was a mess and taped together with duct tape.

The delivery technician was pleasant and competent.
