Delivery was a little slow. Unit worked for 2 days and then failed. Called to report the problem. Repersentative was very nice saying they would send out a new unit. That was on December 26, 2018. Have not received the unit so far.

Found at best price on the internet, ordered it and arrived on time and works fine. I was renting one but I found out I could have bought 4 for the price I paid for mine

Concentrator arrived damaged. Called and they responded quickly and gave me reasonable assurance that the damage is cosmetic, but the unit functions properly. The shipping company beat it up pretty good.
