Rex jumped on need for oxygen explaining all and covered my weekend with positive feedback to early Monday contact with my pulmonary doctor and everything under control perfectly! Josh explained all issues of my confusion with patience and laughter. Most appreciated by both me and my husband who finds the whole thing fascinating. I’m a work in progress. Keeping mouth shut especially.

Joshua was extremely patient and helpful as we worked through challenges with my oxygen machine. Working with him helped with an otherwise frustrating situation. Wish all companies I deal with had an employee like him.

Providing promptly a substitute portable concentrator for my wife’s concentrator that had become inoperable was done very efficiently and was greatly appreciated.
