We do want to clarify that on a setting of 3, approximately 2 hours of runtime is considered normal performance for this model, and with the 4-cell intermediate battery installed the unit weighs about 2.9 pounds, which is within the standard specifications. Regarding the sieve columns, these are considered consumable components on portable oxygen concentrators and, per manufacturer's guidelines, are not covered under the warranty. Their lifespan can vary based on usage, environment, and other factors, though we understand your concern given your reported usage.
