I live in Australia and this purchase was arranged by my brother who lives in San Diego and Luke in Colorado. Luke was excellent, he spoke with both my brother and myself and made himself available at all odd hours (allowing for the time difference) Everything went through efficiently and smoothly. The machine arrived in San Diego very quickly and is now on its way to Australia. A first class service!

I bought my POC on 6/07/2022, and the process of making the purchase was quite easy. My sales rep (Ben Ayd) was knowledgeable, informative, professional and helpful. After I finalized my purchase agreement, Ben completed the process by contacting my Dr. to obtain the required prescription. And 3 days later (6/10), my POC was delivered on the promised date. My experience with this store has been very good, and I can recommend it without reservation, or hesitation. 👍😄

Initial contact was great. My sales associate was wonderful and full of knowledge. I would actually give him six stars if possible but I'm having to condense the entire purchase to return timeline. He helped me greatly in navitating the process between the Store and my pulmonologist and was very patient. All went smoothly! When I received the unit was when the problems started. I tried the unit once for a few hours and knew it was not the one for me. I already have a different brand model but was looking to get an additional one to keep in a different location. The Caire (sp?) brand was very very noisy compared to the Inogen. The one day I used it was to see my doctor and even they said how irritating it would be to listen to all day. Perhaps it was a faulty model? At any rate, I began the process to return. And kept getting stuck in a loop of conversations. You must realize there is a finite time allowed before the Store starts knocking off percentages, like 25% at a time, in refunds. I was dealing with a weekend situation and I needed confirmation that I would fall into the category of "being on time." It took a bit, much longer than it should have (which I believe to be of no fault by my sales associate) but it was NOT an easy process. Not as easy as it is advertised. All well at the end of the day, but I advise anyone to not delay in beginning a return process if you need to do so. As far as if the Caire worked? Yes, it did. But it's really loud!
