I received some help from the store but not getting all information which was about to receive my reimbursement through my insurance...

Courteous, helpful, professional, and attentive. Prompt shipment of device as well as accessories.

The store purchase was easy and the service rep was helpful. However there is a design flaw, in our opinion. It is either in the backpack or on the portable concentrator unit itself. There is no easy access to plug in the external DC charging cord or the AC charger. Upon contacting the manufacturer I was told we must remove the oxygen concentrator from the back pack EVERY TIME we wish to charge it! VERY inconvenient and this is just asking for the concentrator to be dropped and damaged. UPDATE: MARCH 9 A service rep from Inogen called me and while the backpack and portable concentrator unit are what they are, she advised that she would send my concerns to her manager and hopefully the designers of both items will possibly be able to design a backpack that allows for easy access for charging. They were very caring. I know we have one of the best portable oxygen concentrators and I felt I was "heard".

I was looking for a small, portable unit that was specific in the way it was made and could be carried. The Sales Representative knew exactly what to go to. That's service.
