PJ Vaidya has been a tremendous help and is a great asset for you. Unfortunately, UPS has delivered to the wrong address and we are still waiting to receive our purchase.

Hi Charlene, thanks for taking the time to review us. We constantly work with our shipping partner to provide exceptional customer service. I'm sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. I've passed on the information to the concerned department.

Working with Nick Vannatta made my purchase as easy as could be. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Friendly. I didn't have to go through a central number to call, he gave me his direct line. If unavailable, he called back soon after. The Oxygen Concentrator Store is a reliable and professional source. Having made this purchase of a concentrator, I will confidently return for future oxygen needs.

It wasn't a sale, I called in and had to pony up $ 300.00 just to get things started on a repair for my damaged (i had an accidental drop) device.
