Inogen Rove 4: My first inquiry call about the Inogen Rove 4 was luckily answered by Dakota Conkle. He was so helpful and not pushy at all. He is so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (a lot of questions) with complete patience. Because of him I decided to buy from your store instead of calling other stores to compare. Thank you Dakota!

This is my second purchase from here. This time was as good as the first. My rep Katie was prompt in responding and great at offering me some options based on my prescription and my preferences for noise level, display, price range, and ease of use. She also was able to quickly answer all my questions. Once I made a decision, she assisted me with accessories I preferred and she made sure my unit shipped quickly. It arrived in time for my vacation and works great. I would definitely recommend oxygen concentrator store to others!

I needed a new concentrator in one day. I spoke with Katie at the Centennial Co office. She offered a fair price for the concentrator and had it shipped out immediately. Received the next day by U.P.S. She made arrangements for my old concentrator to be shipped to their office for servicing and emailed a prepaid U.P.S. shipping label. Communicated to me through email. Excellent customer service!

I initially purchased 2 home oxygen concentrators at the Oxygen Concentrator Store, so when I needed a portable I went back to them. The individual I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful and the price was in line with other vendors. I would highly recommend these guys!

My oxygen concentrator was acting up so I called for support and we tried to resolve it but it needed to be sent back. Return process went smoothly and quickly. I took it to the UPS Store on Monday and it was back in my home that Friday. Everyone was very nice and I was very happy with their service.
