I have used Oximedical in the past when I needed a Portable Concentrator. I am now in need of a Home Concentrator and never considered using anyone else. I have been pleasantly surprised by this product! As a trach user I had several concerns. It was important for me to have a long battery life and had been told by many vendors that their equipment in pulse mode there was a good chance that breathing with the O2 supplied thru my nose the supply might not be triggered because my breath strength is decreased thru my nose when using a trach. This meant that I would have to use it in continuous flow mode decreasing my battery life considerable Fortunantly the pulse mode worked very nicely at all O2 supply rate settings. Your Company also took care of another concern of mine which was the possibility of being with my equipment when sent in for repair for an unknown period of time. Your overnight shipment of loaner equipment for me to use while my respirator was being repaired gave me a lot of comfort. The fact that I was told that it is also classified as military grade manufactured also helps a lot.
