Your employees are amazing. They have bent over backward to help me through my issues with two Eclipse5 units that were malfunctioning. I also purchased a second AC power supply. The cord connection should have been three prong but was two prong. Your employee brought the correct cord by my house on his way home, The only reason for a four star and not a five star is the issues with the unit.
