My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

I thought that the unit would have more time than the first unit I purchased in 20017. As it turns out the time is just about less then 3/4 hr. I think that I was miss informed. when I called today, Graham said if I wanted more time, I should purchase large battery or take my spare battery with me.. I could do that with my old unit. I feel I just spent $1995.00 for just what I had.

No Customer service

the thing sucks--weights a ton, battery does not last but a hour or so

As having been a customer for nearly a year, it took 1 email and 3 phone calls to get some equipment picked up and fees adjusted. The third call finally got immediate and successful results for which we were very appreciative.

Will not recommend. I am a nurse and work with patients that need oxygen but won’t give company name. It is advertised that a buy back would be offered. We owned for less than 2 months when my husband passed. I contacted your company via phone and email and to this date no one ever responded.

I was not pleased at all with they way I was treated and especially the manager that talked to me. I had gotten an order from the Inogen people, not you folks. When I was trying to set it all up the guy came thru with an email to talk to me. I thought it was with the folks that I was dealing with, but no it was not with them at all. Since I thought I was order it got done, but with your company. Well after talking to your manager, who was not pleasant at all with me, he said the order had been sent already. I said to stop all that. Well it came to my house anyway, and I sent it back to UPS. I'm waiting for my money to come back to my account. So it was not a good deal with your company at all.

always having a problem with the unit, changed tanks 4 times in 2 1/2 years unit would shut off on its own, always being charged for anything that was needed. Got sent a replacement unit a few weeks ago, it is a refurbished unit,got charged for the shipping, it has only the 2 months warranty left on it from my original unit. You need to correct the advertisement on the weight it weighs closer to 10 lbs. unit is very hot.
