Wish I had known about the g4. When I ordered the g3

I had an excellent experience with OxiMedical and my salesperson Josh. He understood how serious the situation was for my son and that we needed an oxygen concentrator would allow him to fly across the country for medical testing in Boston. He made sure we had the accessories for charging batteries and equipment to get on the plane and make the flight. I would highly recommend Josh and his company.

The unit was not what I wanted.

I have been a customer of OxiMedical for many years I just purchased an Inogen one G3 to replace the portable concentrator i was using that finally died.. The employees were very helpful and the concentrator arrived in time for my travel. I will use them again..
