Customer service was great, but when I asked the weight, I was given the weight of the batteries, not the unit with battery, so consequently got something that can only be used if we find a way to use it without the "user" bearing the weight......

We ordered it on Friday afternoon and it was here Monday. Works great and customer service was awesome.
